I'd say Michael Beasley.
He leads the power 6 conferences (ACC, Big East, Big 10, Big 12, Pac 10 and SEC) in scoring so I don't know how anyone can argue against that.
He can drive on anybody, shoot from anywhere even with a hand in his face, can create his own shot whether it be in the offense or in an isolation, and he is a clutch scorer.

The best however is Michael Beasley at 25.0 ppg and 14.3 rebounds per game. These are undervalued stats due to the fact they benched him many games early with the lead well in hand
